My family and I visited the Kupalska Nich restaurant for the first time and were pleasantly surprised. The first impression was positive due to the presence of a parking space and a playground. In our case, we were not greeted at the entrance, but a waiter was already waiting at the bar, who immediately offered to take any free table and brought a menu. There was a small number of visitors in the restaurant, and pleasant Ukrainian music was playing. We stopped by before lunch and our order was taken quickly. Orders were prepared quite quickly due to the small number of visitors. We got a delicious shop salad, trout and stewed chicken with puree in 20-30 minutes. Regarding the food, we are satisfied with the quality of the dishes, their taste, portions and presentation. In general, the staff was friendly and attentive. However, by the time we were served, the restaurant quickly filled up and the atmosphere was no longer so relaxed. Some patrons began to complain about slow service. Prices in the restaurant correspond to the quality of dishes and service, so we are satisfied with the price policy. Unfortunately, the playground was dirty and the step to the children 's house was broken. We recommend that the administration increase the staff during peak hours to cope with the high volume of orders, as well as repair the playground and be attentive to its condition. In general, we recommend the whole family with friends to visit the Kupalska Nich restaurant, but we recommend making an order in advance.
