Drove through on my way from Newcastle to Richard's Bay and stopped for a toasted sandwich, wow, it was really good. Swap out ham for bacon on a bacon tomato and cheese sandwich, give it a try. Store was clean and staff were very friendly. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wimpy:
A real cozy/small place. There were alot of tables that were unoccupied that weren't cleaned, so as new people enter they get seated at a dirty table and only then the table gets cleaned... I hope I just caught them on a bad day. I love wimpy, but would not prefer to return to this one as there are many other restaurants options in Ermelo. Vryheid doesn't have many restaurants, Wimpy Junction fills this gap, and becoming a regular is extremely likely. Occasionally, one has to wait, but it's no trainsmash as i often visit whilst rushing nowhere. The staff and management are a friendly bunch and the service is great. Keep it up. By the way there is a car wash on the same premises.. very convenient spot. Kid-friendliness: It's Wimpy. Parking: Plenty. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
