My Swiss favourite is rost... read more We visit Torgon regularly in winter and whenever we ski in the area La Bourri is a must: either for just vin chaud or for full lunch. My Swiss favourite is rosti. I'm not big on cheese but seen people order fondeau and it looked...good too. It has authentic feel and warm Swiss atmosphere. Reasonably priced for Switzerland! In summertime we have walked to the hut from plan de croix and it takes good min. Views en route- superb

We stumbled on la bourri while we were a scenic ride. it was such a pleasant surprise that is incomparable, the atmosphere so typical Swiss, the coffee was the... read more We stumbled on la bourri while we were a scenic ride. it was such a pleasant surprise that is incomparable, the atmosphere so typical Swiss, the coffee was the best we had all vacations, but most owners and employees were incessantly friendly....They have plagued us, answered many asking that we had and told us about places near etc. the owner even encouraged us to take a walk further on the mountain, where we could look at the one side and the Swiss on the other side over france. that we have done. if they ask of us what our favorite holiday experience was during our month of journey through Europe, this would be. we wish la bourri much success and wish them a day again
