The service was terrible not only we were treated with ignorance and disrespect yet we also waited an hour for our food. The food is frozen and when we ordered our steaks medium rare they came well done the only reason this restaurant deserves a star is for their lake view,Not recommended. Service: 1

The food was not special. Furthermore, the manager of the restaurant was rude and angry. I believe that she can’t handle the service well. The table next to us came at the same time as we did but got served two times their order while we were waiting. When I kindly asked her to check on our order she snapped back in a loud and sternly that I was blind to the fact the restaurant is busy. It left a bitter taste to the already average food we ordered. Service: 1 Hotel highlights: Great view

The waitress with glasses who took care of our table was seriously lacking in professionalism. His contemptuous attitude and allowing himself to repeat everything we said, really annoyed us!! Not to mention the meats which were full of fat and not cooked at all! And when we complain, it doesn't go down very well, but on the other hand, you don't hesitate to take customers back without any tact! Service: 1

The service attitude is very poor. A small bottle of water sold in the supermarket for 1chf cost me 5chf. I looked at the menu and ate at their house normally, and the drinks were cheaper than water. Finally, I bought a drink and was told that I had to drink it in the store and could not take it away. And to evade taxes, only cash is accepted. If you pay by card, you will be charged more.
