We were at this hotel last Christmas. It was a very beautiful experience. The food was from a high level and there was plenty of it. Large staff and very clean and cozy rooms. I liked the different sauna. View all feedback.

Late and hungry we decided spontaneously to eat here and found the food and salad buffet really delicious! Two days later we felt like eating ice cream, went there with a bowl and got 10 pots:D not cheap, but well worth it!
Service was not great, the first waiter spoke NO English and called another waitress to be asked CROSS The service was slow (15 minutes to get a drink 1 hour of meals) and in my opinion it was expensive for what we received. Make sure not simply order water (still water) we received three bottles of what seemed only water in glass bottles I did not know that we had received the water that Evian Reserve was a premium cuvee or perhaps was blessed by the Pope, but it costs almost OFF$6 a bottle!!! FFS gives me only a jug of water we are in the Alps, how bad can the water be up here?? The decor where we sat was pretty dated and not particularly beautiful. Our waitress, Alexandra, while a little slow to reach us with drinks and menus, proved to be a good feeling of humor and was nice. Just need to smile and move faster.
Very average. You need to work on customer service and decide whether or not you want English visitors. Generally, we were not welcome.
