Wendy's - Voorhees

Working in customer service myself I understand how frustrating customers can be, but I am appalled about how many so-called “customer service” or cash registers, etc. are completely rude, uninterested and unwilling. What brings me here today. I always loved those Wendys, I grew up in Berlin. It is Monday so I know that no one is super enthusiastic about being at work, but the Lord who took my order today was extremely helpful and ingenious. He was patient with my undecided pregnant brain, he actually heard when I said no tomatoes, he was very polite and definitely made my day. Sometimes it's the little things that things can really turn around for someone. Of course, the food was also great as usual! I just wanted to thank this gentleman (not catch his name), because I really needed a welcoming smile today. I would recommend this place to anyone based on the way I was treated today.

The fries well, but not much more than before this last advertising campaign. A great change in the pace of other fast food places. I like her baked potato, butter and sour cream.

Very nice staff! I ordered a fish sandwich with no pickles, as I have a cucumber allergy. When I got to the window they asked if I wanted it with the tartar sauce and I said yes, but on second thought, I asked them if they knew whether the sauce had cucumbers or pickles in it. I told them about my allergy and the guy who made the sandwich insisted on remaking it, as they weren't sure about the sauce or not. I had to pull up to wait for it to be remade (I didn't mind at all! and when he brought out the food, he let me know that he had also changed his gloves as well before he remade it. I really appreciated it, as my allergy has become more severe as I've gotten older and it can be so easy to mess it up!

I love Wendy's BURGERS. This time, they gave me the wrong order. I was very as it was a spicy chicken sandwich. I can't eat anything with even the tiniest amount of spices, as I am allergic. My husband was sweet enough to trade with his whopper from Burger King.

I used to never really go to Wendy 's before but within the last couple of years or so I started to Loooooove Wendy 's omg their new Fresh Fries promo is one of the best things they could have done for themselves. I swear every other fast food should try to follow suit. From hard, stale, lukewarm to crispy, sizzling, fresh... Wendy 's fries are something I regularly crave now. And if you get their spicy chicken sandwich, extra crispy. Warning it will be steaming and you may burn our mouth but oh my lorddddd. My mouth is watering as I speak. Their chili was good too, but it could use a bit more salt. Oh and definitely get their ghost pepper ranch. Ask for extra! The guy gave us like 6. They sometimes run coupons on their app so if you drop by, definitely peruse their app for any deals.
