We had already been driving for a few minutes when my husband opened his sandwich and noticed it was wrong—he had ordered a double but received a single. He planned to just let it go, but when I opened my hot ham and cheese sandwich and found a chicken sandwich instead, we decided to turn back. The staff told us to keep the chicken sandwich and promised to remake my hot ham and cheese. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was not hot.
