I asked for one special and requested to make it 2 pounds instead of 1, which should have just meant ordering an extra pound. Instead, the guy charged me for two number ones without me realizing it, and I ended up paying $40. He seemed more focused on taking our order than understanding exactly what we wanted, and there were times he would cut me off, assuming he knew what I meant. The vibe from both owners felt off last week as well. I'm just stating the facts. I’m giving it 3 stars for the food and convenience.
