Horrible place ran by a horrible company. Showers constantly closed down. Always short staffed.

As usual s service. Went in to grab a sub and the punk working just kept his rear end parked at the table he was at eating chips and let me stand there 5 minutes before I walked out. Pilot consistently pisses me off

Very nice rest stop (we stop here frequently . This location also features a subway inside which is great for a quick grab go meal for the road. Overall this stop is is quite a bit larger with lots of space (some areas could use some more tidying up but I assume this location is well visited so I'll cut some slack for a decent amount of toilet pieces on bathroom floors etc. The whole store smelled very clean inside. Restrooms had disposable courtesy seat covers in each stall as well as flowers next to each sink! Feels like someone made an effort to make this location look nice!

The inside of the Pilot is huge, the showers and restrooms are clean plus there is a Subway restaurant inside. The parking lot for truck is large but it do fill up real fast during the evening hours but overall a nice truck stop.

If this is your first time coming here, it may seem confusing on how to get here but the GPS isn't lying. If you hate stairs as well, this place definitely isn't for you but it's your normal sized truck stop travel stop. It's got 2 separate cash registers. A connected Subway and Arby's as well. What upset me was that this Pilot didn't feature any hot food at all. Prices were grossly overpriced but the staff was nice, friendly and courteous. Overall it's your average gas station and convenient store.
