The staff was warm, motivated and available, the children had g... read more We had a pleasant stay, great activities, bouncy castles etc... there was the Zavata circus too! The staff was warm, motivated and available, the children had great fun with the activities offered. Clean and well-equipped mobile home. Access to the swimming pool was only possible on the last day of our stay due to bacteria (the campsite had nothing to do with it!! . A commercial gesture was made for this. I just find it a shame that adults can 't enjoy the open slides outside, weight 40kg max , I don 't think everyone likes being in closed slides

From the first night it was i... read more We absolutely do not recommend this establishment. Thinking of spending a “quiet” family weekend, we quickly became disillusioned. From the first night it was impossible for us to sleep because there was so much noise, in a campsite this is understandable but when it comes to people who are completely drunk or screaming while having wild parties, when it comes to of a family campsite, I have a lot of difficulty understanding the concept. The accommodation is so poorly insulated that my child was neither able to sleep at night nor take a nap the next day, because again, screaming all the time, music and parties. But the best part was the second night, when from 9:30 p.m. to 5:50 a.m. the noise was such that despite earplugs and pillows on our heads it was impossible to sleep. Again the same people who partied, consumed TOO MUCH alcohol to the point of growling insults, being violent and leaving the car running all night with the engine on and music blasting under our windows. Apart from that, the campsite could be good if the surroundings of the children's games were not teeming with empty beer bottles and food bags... The swimming pool is very good, it saved us one afternoon but we quickly decided to escape. Initially I informed reception of the situation, I was told that an emergency number was available in case of problems, unfortunately information that I received too late... For a 4 star campsite I think a security guard would be welcome.
