Мы подошли в 22.45 по телефону до этого нам сообщили, что вход до 23.00 бесплатный, после 200 р . Встретила девушка попросила заплатить за вход!. Бармен при приготовлении коктейлей делал всё руками без перчаток!, накрыв ладонью взбалтывал и лёд ложил руками в бокал хорошо хоть не попробовал через трубочку своё изготовление обтерев руки о свою форму после этого!!! нормально?! Соотвественно и за его рабочим местом тоже не очень чисто! Музыка разная, танцевать можно Туалет тоже видно, что не убирают, грязно, накидана мимо т.бумага, запах! Отсутствует гардероб, вешалка с верхней одеждой в свободном доступе для всех на проходе. Лестница на входе выходе в снегу, не чишена: подвыпившие посетители того и гляди съедут на попе. Вывод: забегаловка, не рекомендую, не уютно, грязно!

Девушка перезванивала три раза, разговаривала нехотя. Но в итоге сказала, что можно со своим, если заказываете випку, депозит 1500 р. Нас все утроило, я ещё переспросила можно ли со своим, мне ответили да и диалог завершился. Но когда мы зашли в кальянную, нас попросили подождать, т.к. в випке сидел мужчина хотя я бронировала неделю назад! . Нас проводили и девушка любезно сообщила нам, что у них пробковый сбор. В меню не указано за что и сколько этот пробковый сбор, не понимаю почему я должна верить на слово официанту. Уважаемые владельцы данного заведения, объясните, зачем я тогда звонила, уточняла, если ваши сотрудники не могут проконсультировать должным образом изначально? Официант зашёл к нам 1 раз поинтересоваться, есть ли грязная посуда. Кальянщик за 4 часа не зашёл ни разу. Пепел с углей снимали сами. Комната маленькая не уютная, холодная, дали пледы, а они с каким то запахом. Мясо шашлык жесткое, как резина. Есть невозможно. Лапша с морепродуктами вкусная. В этот день была акция: при заказе кальяна чай в подарок, так и не дали. Не рекомендую данное место к посещению
