I'm so excited to have a local coffee shop nearby! This place is wonderful, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
What’s the point of ordering ahead if you still have to wait an extra five minutes when you arrive to pick up your order? On top of that, the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you. It feels like they’re making you feel as if you’ve inconvenienced them by placing a pickup order.
We recently discovered a new restaurant called Late, and we absolutely love it. We decided to check it out after getting a recommendation from one of their employees. It's a wonderful place with incredibly friendly staff.
I visited a small restaurant and ordered a coffee box along with donuts, bacon, and hash browns for my roofing crew. I also requested a drink called a Charlee with two shots of espresso on the side. To my surprise, they added the espresso to the drink instead, which wasn't a major issue. However, when I asked for the espresso to be served separately, I was met with some attitude. Once the new Charlee and espressos were finally brought out, they asked if that was everything, but I pointed out that I had also ordered a dozen donuts that hadn't arrived yet. The staff seemed frustrated, and the service was subpar, especially considering I spent $70 at the restaurant. If I'm in the area again, I will likely choose to dine elsewhere.
This morning, I encountered an unexpected situation at the restaurant when I discovered that the indoor dining area was closed without any notice posted on the door. Upon entering, I was met with a very rude employee who immediately asked if I had a mobile pickup order. When I replied no, she snapped at me, instructed me to use the drive-thru, and even rolled her eyes. Despite my polite attitude, she showed no sympathy and provided awful customer service. Although I’ve experienced issues with my orders in the past, I refrained from complaining because I understand that mistakes happen. However, there is no excuse for such disrespectful behavior.
