Old Dutch Le Pompadour - Volendam

The food was good, if a bit basic in terms of options (burgers fries, steak fries) plus a few other things like mussels and chicken satay (all with fries and salad). They did have g-f bread were able to adapt the recipes for g-f easily enough, but there’s no dedicated fryer, g-f items are not marked on the menu (no separate menu), and there’s nothing to show that the order is actually g-f (like marking it on the plate or something). All said though, the food was tasty and the location is pretty. I just don’t know how safe it is… (but that seems to be an issue for this whole little town, so I don’t know that it would be any better anywhere else).

Very nice staff and a lot of options. Not only brunch but also dinner.
