I bought this morning a piece of tropezian and she was excellent! 1 or 2 years ago, the quality was no longer at all at the rdv, nor the visual. And there were very few pastries presented and poor employees. The shop was bought at the end of 2021 and the recipe of Mr.Arnaud's tropezienne as well. We finally find the quality before. Run! Ensign usurped! Tagged by the reputation of the Tropezian bakery , we bought 3 tropeziennes thinking we'd enjoy. And surprise the quality was not at the rendezvous, the brioche part was almost dry and the cream inside, a vulgar Chantilly of poor quality! We would have had to mistrust ourselves more, indeed, at the time of payment we saw too late colonies of flies on the Viennese, and the misaddress of the waitress who apparently started. We knew later that the former owners were no longer active and that this bakery was currently working with the shop window, the names of the latter, and the rewards they had acquired by their work. Nothing to do with what we found!! The new owner apparently did not wish to change the window to his name (we understand it!! certainly in order to enjoy as much as possible, laurels of previous bakers! Totally abnormal today!! What a disappointment! That kind of thing couldn't escape the mayor of the city? What are you asking? Good hearer! Visited in July 2020
These tropezienne have only the name but as far as taste it is necessary to look elsewhere, I do not know its assortment I hope that this one is better.
A superb address and quality products. And especially the uncontournable and incomparable tropezian. To be enjoyed absolutely .... without moderation!
A meal with friends just before the parties and a tropezian for 10. We have enjoyed ourselves as usual, greedy....
If we have to eat one tropezian in all his life... it's here that we have to go get her! Zero defect... every time she delights everyone. Her creme is generous and her ugly... If you taste it once you can't go away!
