Restaurant not to be missed , excellent cuisine very good reception all this in a setting of Stone of the 13th century . A wonder in the eyes and for the taste buds.
A very friendly welcome, an affordable map a delicious setting. Half-cooked foie gras in divine entrance, very well balanced without fun around toast seasoning. Duck Magret cooked to the perfection of a tenderness as I had never eaten, with pleasant purée accompaniment but above all a small sauté of mushroom vegetables that reminded me of my mother's ratatouille, exceptional! In dessert a cold, hot, crispy, hot toffee cream with a recipe that seems identical to that of my mother, I validate this restaurant 100%. For the country wine with pichet take red instead of white. The next day I tasted their pasta with cepes and foie gras to confirm the meal of the day before, again perfect. Thank you, gentlemen.
Excellent! Very friendly boss and has kitchen! Interior decoration in beautiful stones and voutes!
