Another wine buying trip that included sitting in the wisteria covered patio enjoying a fantastic bottle of Cabernet, fresh bread, Asiago cheese, salami, and olives. Good friends, good wine, good times in a beautiful setting! View all feedback.
What RobertRAH 64 doesn't like about Villa Sceriman:
Stopped in here while in the area tasting wines from the region. The wines are average and seem to be a little overpriced. The wine tasting is not nearly as good an experience as other wineries in the area. The average rating is due to many aspects: overpriced average wines, average experience with the tasting, and the touristy aspect of the place. View all feedback.
While attending a Wedding Celebrations of a very dear and old friends of mine from Germany who were having their Wedding Celebrations in Vo’ in Italy, (Province of Padua in the Italian Veneto region) with 30 other guests from Germany. We all travelled together there in a private 60-seated coach from Munich and were dropped at the main venue in Vo’ where the main celebration was due to take place. After a short while we went to ‘Villa Sceriman’ that is a Vineyard along with wine cellars and sales that was very close. We arrived around 18:15hrs in very heavy rain. Our tables were outside but under cover and were laid of very nice for this short first part of the celebrations. We had wine along with cheeses board and other tit bits to wish the Bride and Groom the very best. We took a visit inside the building to see all the wines lined and listed, and the inside of this fab building. And some of the guests bought wine to take back home. The building itself is very well known in that area for the winery, and stocks of wine and is well laid out. There is an area out in the trees where one would relax to drink the wines etc., Very nice. We all enjoyed our short stay here, and were well worth the visit. If I’m in ever in the area again, I will definitely visit here again. Capt.Harry

I was visiting my friend who lives in Italy and was very adamant about coming here. I'm glad she was. They people here were so nice and friendly! The wine was delicious and so good I ordered 6 bottles to be shipped back home. The prices were good and the treats to go with our Rabosso blended well together. It was a bit warm outside so I'm glad we chose Rabosso since it was chilled. They give you a list if you want to try the wines before ordering a bottle. Definitely recommend this place!
The people are friendly and the wine lists to try are exceptional. Unlike our counterparts here in Oregon there is NO CHARGE for the wine flights. The selection is incredible and the prices are ridiculously low! If you are in the Vicenza area this is a must if you partake in the vino!
The winery experience was a highly enjoyable one. We went during the summer and the outdoor seating area was beautiful and cool despite the heat. The wine was some of the best that we had during our trip to Italy. Our favorite was the Colli Eugenei. We bought several bottles of different varieties to take with us as well. Their cheese and meat options to go with the wines were also delicious. I highly recommend visiting this winery and taking time to enjoy the scenery of the area around it.
