Wow, the food and wine at this restaurant were amazing. Instead of a buffet, customers choose from the available options at the counter and the food is prepared for them. My only issue was that I ended up with too much food because everything was so delicious! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Novus Traditional Food:
The restaurant is very expensive, with a stuffed eggplant costing 4500 lek and 4 eggplants totaling 17000 lek. It is too expensive for the city of Vlora in late September. View all feedback.
Everything we have ordered was very tasty! Unfortunately apart from the main course, they didn't bring us drinks or dessert. We reminded ourselves twice, but they always forgot about us. This restaurant really needs to improve their logistics. Also price is higher comparing to other restaurants in the area.
Lovely place where you can eat buffet. I recommend moosaka and meatballs, really good both. economic prices and excellent quality
The store opens at 7:00pm, not morning/afternoon. This place gets packed so be sure to line up as soon as you’ve been seated. More food comes out as the night goes on but it comes out slowly. I was unlucky and received the last serving of moussaka in the tray which was less than half the size of all other customers!! I was looking forward to a traditional Albanian feed only to be served scraps. This instantly turned me off. My husband ordered a “chicken pasta”, it contained prosciutto which was not disclosed to my husband when he asked the owner. Disorganised chaos of a restaurant. I left hungry. True Albanians don’t let their guests leave hungry!
It’s a really nice place with super good and friendly service. The food was good, not my personal favourite but it’s nice that you can pick and choose a little bit from everything. Great place to get a taste of the local traditional food, would totally recommend!
