The first time (5 days ago) I gave way to anger at the rude girl who manages the reservations by phone. I did the same thing the second time (3 days ago) when the first row with the sunbeds (with the mattresses) was, as we were told, allegedly all reserved and we were transferred to adjacent ones (the metal ones you know from the store). However, from 11:30 to 15:00 (when I left) no one appeared at the supposed reservations and there were no reserve signs on them.
