For the we of the famous wine frog fair we ate at the restaurant o petit vair, formerly galoubet taken over by a young chef who works only with fresh products. The frog thighs were delicious, it changes frozen frogs that are offered elsewhere! to accompany this dish we took a white pinot of alsace which also was very good...Nothing to say.
Salted addition to this address where we were only at this 12 noon, which did the service. The decor is a little heteroclite. the atypical waitress is occupied on her cell phone, and accompanied by a first day intern. the wine menu is offered before any menu choice, but the wine with glass is served at the table! The kitchen is fat, the bread is industrial, and the fish sauce as much. the addition arrived before the end of the dessert, and the coffee was not ordered yet. menus at 13 euros (noon,) 22 and 29 are used for raw materials already worked (charcuterie. . . ). The chief is not interested in the client's opinion. The promise is not kept. The value/price ratio is excessive, I do not recommend this address, which seems very variable.

Yes, it's fresh, yes, the products implemented are tasteful. I particularly enjoyed the frog thighs with a confit tomato sauce. A delight! special attention for the service of wine because it is very rare to be able to choose (when you drive) 25 cl of a wine in the wine map and that you are given this wine of a bottle that you are present in a pichet. In general, you will find yourself with a table wine, o p'tit vair, that is not the case, bravo!As for desserts, an excellent house glazed nougat and a pear mousse with well scented pieces. The value-for-price ratio is at the top, we who are used to stalking france, the young leader is really up to it. Go to the eyes closed, we recommend 100%!
