Real incompetents! So at the hotel I ordered via the terminal for my daughter. I've got 15 minutes waiting. Just after I get paid I get a sms changing this time to 40 minutes. 1h later and despite a direct call to the restaurant on my part, while I had a train to take, the deliveryman arrives in vacation mode, not knowing too much where he is.
