Arkupe - Vitoria-Gasteiz

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the alavesa capital. the first, because it is under the bushes, climbing the slope of San francisco, one of the most typical and beautiful corners of the vitoria. Once you enter, you will find a place of wood, not very wide, as it is divided by handles to give greater intimacy to each table. It has a first floor also, and as a tip you can order a table here, because once I was sitting in a corner of this plant in a very old wooden bench under the wooden roof, and the truth is that it made the food very special and intimate. As for the treatment of service and food, we must say that this is a first restaurant, with very attentive waiters that always fill the glass of wine, and that the menu is full of delights of quality food and with some innovative touches.

Espectacular como siempre, el sitio, el trato, la calidad de los productos. Siendo para mí, uno de los restaurantes más bonitos de Vitoria. Esta vez nos tocó probar un cogote y unos txipirones y como siempre no defraudó.. Seguiremos probando mientras nos sigais tratando así y sigáis haciendo todo tan rico...de 10!!.
