The Habit Burger Grill - Vista

Today was my first time eating at this restaurant and both the service and food were absolutely awful! I ordered a salad with a side of onion rings. When I got home, I found that my onion rings were cold, hard, and overcooked, probably explaining their dark color. Additionally, they forgot to include my salad. When I went back to complain, the staff was rude and refused to replace my food. I will never eat at Habit Burger again and I strongly advise everyone I know to avoid it as well. Unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disappointing. Terrible establishment!

The restaurant may seem out of place, but it has become a habit for me and the food is great. I have only been to this restaurant once, but the staff were very attentive. Additionally, this location has a drive-thru, which is not very common for this chain, making it a great added bonus.

I am generally a fan of The Habit, as my two other reviews are both 5 stars. I have visited many Habit locations in three states. However, my experience at the Vista location was disappointing. I had to wait a long time, the prices seemed higher, and they were unable to accommodate my request for no plastic. Perhaps the drive-thru is a better option, as this location may not know how to manage it well. I will likely avoid this location in the future. Please note that this review is specific to the Vista location and does not reflect on other Habit locations, which I have had positive experiences at.

Omg. I love this place. They have the absolutely best tweeper rings in the city. the customer is good. the place seems very clean. the hühnerburger are also the best in the city. that's my way to place every weekend. love it?!

They need more training for their employees, I had to repeat my order like 5 times b4 she got it... also need to fix their drive thru screen, not working. Food was good! 4
