What Hunter M doesn't like about Starbucks:
Made a Mobile order like I usually do, as this is my go to location close to work. Get into the drive thru at 2:04, one car in front of me. Say I 'm picking up a mobile order and roll forward. I sit at the window for maybe 6 minutes before my order is shoved at me through the window with an abrupt 'here you go '. Usually they double check the order with me, ask if I need a straw. This was the best starbucks experience I have ever had! Autumn took my order and she was soooo sweet to me and just made my monday. She made me feel special haha. I got a matcha and it was sooooo delicious and wasn't chunky or clumpy like it usually is. Definitely going to come back whenever I am in the area!
Do your purchasing and maybe you 'll get great service with good attitude. However, do apply and get in contact with the most unprofessional manager and she will literally ghost you! even after interviewing you and straight up giving you the job and filling out paperwork. I have tried getting in contact with her but she herself has never ONCE reached out to me for months now. Absolutely one the most unprofessional manager I have seen. I hope the same thing doesn 't happen to you if you apply here.
Great service and really welcoming staff! this was the first time in this location might come here more often!
Wouldn't recommend going to this Starbucks at target, the employees don't know what they're doing. One employee in particular, Samantha, did not know how to scan reward points and the other making the drinks put her fingers in my cup while making it, which disgusted me because it's unsanitary. There's a starbucks across the street, would recommend going to that one instead.
