Love the lime cured filet which is like ceviche but with fillet mignon and the spiciness flavor is excellent. The chicken is crispy and tender at the same time. First time trying the savory crepes and adding the different sauces dips makes it yummy. We were full by the time we reached the main meal and bo bo hue is nice to have if you want something hot and spicy. Cajun shrimp is recommended if you like Cajun of anyt... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Phô-ever Vietnamese Cuisine:
Rice was boiled. Grilled chicken did not look like grilled chicken, no grill marks and yellow. Stir fried plate looked inconspicuous, rice noodled stick together, vegetables brownish instead of fresh looking green, shrimps were not fresh, they were muddy. Even egg rolls were not fresh. Everything was served in polystyrene packaging. Very disappointed customers. View all feedback.
The broth and soups here are absolutely delicious—highly recommended! I always go for the well-done steak, paired with a Thai tea.
I've tried their bun bo hue, pho, and egg rolls. My favorite order is definitely the bun bo hue along with a refreshing glass of fresh lemonade. I can't quite pinpoint what makes it so special—perhaps the sugar or the recipe—but it's truly delicious!
Honestly, I accidentally ordered food from here tonight. I have a favorite pho place and confused the two. Once I realized my mistake, I decided to head over...
The Vegan Pho was fantastic! They also offer a variety of other dishes, including banh mi, spring rolls, and stir-fries.
One of my all-time favorite authentic dishes is the BANH XEO CHAY veggie crepe. This delightful crepe is made with rice flour, turmeric, and sesame oil, and is filled with bean sprouts, green onions, and fried tofu. You eat it wrap-style using romaine lettuce and mint, dipping it into a veggie sauce. I love adding Thai chili and garlic to the dipping sauce, which resembles their secret “fish sauce jungle sauce.” Another must-try is the CHA GIO CHAY veggie eggrolls. These eggrolls contain taro and daikon, giving them a satisfying “meaty” texture. Be sure to wrap them in romaine lettuce and mint before enjoying them with the veggie sauce, a great substitute for fish sauce. For something a bit different, try the PHO AP CHAO pan-fried noodle stir-fry. These rice noodles are pan-fried in sesame oil until crispy and topped with a stir-fry of broccoli, bok choy, carrots, fried tofu, and veggie gravy. Lastly, don’t miss the Lemon Grass Tofu with Garlic. This hidden menu item is a fantastic alternative to chicken lemon grass wings. The tofu is fried with garlic powder, lemon grass, and garlic, then tossed in veggie butter, and served with a lemon salt and pepper sauce. It’s an absolute must-have!
