Subway - Feedback

The lady with the cat pins on her hat is soso nice and friendly. Before work I purchased a subway sandwich. It’s my lunch hour I open it and it’s not as it should be no cheese on a monster steak sandwich. Barely meat, dry. I call they say return it. I say it’s my lunch hour I can’t .Their policy is return it , mine is I can’t . So I ask you should I not eat lunch and save it return it tomorrow to have it remade.
