Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Visalia

The food is decent, but this is one of the worst locations I've ever visited. Each time I've been there, something from my order has been forgotten. It's happened so frequently that I've decided not to return. I've also noticed a high turnover of employees; every time I visit, there seem to be new staff members. This might be a sign of poor management. Overall, this location is quite disappointing.

We were informed that we had to wait for them to finish all the DoorDash orders before they could take our order, even after already waiting for 5 minutes. Either the staff was not being truthful, or they need to improve their system.

I love Popeyes, but tonight was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I ordered 6 beignets and was charged $4 for a bag of powdered sugar. We ordered drinks, and they were served half-full without straws. Additionally, I only received a 3-piece chicken tender meal instead of the 5-piece I ordered.

Their chicken is crispy, flavorful, and simply irresistible, cooked to perfection with a well-balanced taste that is out of this world. I genuinely believe that cooking is an art, and at Popeyes, they masterfully demonstrate this craft. This summer, you absolutely cannot miss their strawberry lemonade—words can't do justice to the flavor; you have to try it to believe it. As for me, I've found my favorite spot and I’m here to stay.

This place never disappoints! The chicken is incredibly tender and juicy, practically melting in your mouth, and the special pickled cucumbers add a unique touch that makes Popeyes a great spot for a quick meal. To skip the crowds, it's best to visit during off-peak hours since many people flock here for dinner. My go-to for a spicy chicken sandwich will always be here!
