Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Visalia

After doing some Christmas shopping, I was hungry for BBQ and decided to have dinner there. The staff was incredible—she was friendly and really helpful as we figured out our order. I wish more restaurants had employees like her! I really wish I had caught her name! The sandwich I had was so good! Dickey's, you have fantastic employees.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist my sister with her hearing issue. Considering it's a fast-casual restaurant, the food is surprisingly good. While the prices are slightly on the higher side, they're still reasonable. I will definitely return. Great job, everyone!

I opted to try something different and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The cashier was particularly helpful, asking all the right questions and providing outstanding service.

By now, we're all pretty familiar with what Dickey's has to offer, and the experience can vary slightly from one location to another due to staff differences; however, the food remains consistently good. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is highly focused on providing good customer service, and the restaurant is always clean. I typically visit on Sundays, primarily because kids eat free. This would easily be a five-star review, but there are times when the restaurant is understaffed, with only one person on duty, which isn't ideal for business. They definitely need to have at least two people working at all times.

The new Dickey's Barbecue Pit in Visalia is a fantastic addition to the area. As a native Texan who has moved to California, I've been craving authentic Texas BBQ, and I was thrilled to discover Dickey's just opened. What a delightful find! Everything here is authentic and hickory-smoked, and it all tastes amazing. From the moment you walk in, the warm welcome and the enticing aroma of hickory smoke envelop you. The brisket is tender and juicy, the pulled pork is incredible, and the turkey, sausage, and chicken are equally delicious. The sides are all fresh and complement the meals perfectly. Buying meat by the pound is such a great deal, and it's my personal favorite. Treat yourself to some genuine BBQ at Dickey's—you'll definitely want to come back! Yee-Haw!
