Alejandra’s - Visalia

I ordered a shredded beef chimichanga.. the meet was bland, almost no flavor. The rice tasted like it's soaking in bay leaves and the beans were eh. My sister got the shrimp cocktail... ew... it was super fishy... the juice tasted like boiled shrimp water... no flavor or spices at all... it was gross...On a good note, the staff is friendly and tentative. Only reason they got a second star

The cheese enchiladas were so cold that the cheese didn't melt. The rice was not hot. Sauce on enchiladas was way too salty. The horchita was good.

Had gone here before the chili relleno was not good. Though maybe it was a fluke. Went tonight tasteless had the shrimp ? tacos. No seasoning no, flavor. Beans and rice had little flavor unacceptable! Horrible. Will never eat there again.

Alexandra's salsa is absolutely amazing! Chips are fresh and they keep them coming as long as you want them. Their Chili Verde is one of the best I've ever experienced and we grade all others with theirs as the standard of excellence!My personal favorite is their Chili Rojo Tostada! I've never found another like it anywhere. It is the best tostada I've ever had. The service at Alexandra's is always spot on and you are always treated like family! When you are in Visalia visiting Alexandra's is a must! If you live there, it's a weekly treat !!

Excellent Food and Drinks. Our Bartender was Amazing. Friendly Staff. Definitely going back.
