Windy City Pizza - Virginia Beach

I've visited Chicago several times, and after my first experience, I quickly fell in love with deep dish pizza. The staff at this restaurant were exceptionally polite and knowledgeable. I called in my order for pickup, and when I arrived, they greeted me warmly, and my order was ready to go. We tried the Heart Attack pizza and swapped out the beef for bacon. They certainly don't skimp on the meats and cheese, and my family thoroughly enjoyed it. I know we’ll be back in the future. Please extend my gratitude to the staff and cooks for making my first dinner of 2024 such a delightful experience.

This is about as authentic to Chicago as I've encountered. They do toast the bread on their Italian beef sandwiches, and the Chicago-style hot dogs were quite good. However, the gluten-free pizza crust was slightly overcooked. The gyro sandwich was also smaller than ones I’ve had at other places in the area. We've enjoyed both takeout and dining in.

Brought the entire workplace here for a lunch outing and everyone loved the pizza. I’m biased, but as a huge Cubs fan I couldn’t dislike this place if I tried. Some with our group have said that this pizza is better than the deep dish served in Chicago!

So friendly. The food Is awesome just like Chicago style everything. I give 10 stars.

I’m from Chicago and when I crave an Italian beef—-I go here. It’s as close to it as I can get and it never disappoints. They even have pizza puffs and they are 100% on point! Decor is awesome and staff are always welcoming
