I'm on my third week of Swol meals and I love them. My boys (11, 4 fight for my meals because they are THAT tasty (and yes, I reluctantly share with the little macro thieves ! I've long subscribed to some of the nationally-known meal prep brands, but I wanted to find something local to support the community and eat fresher (tastier! foods. I'm so glad to have found Swol Food. If you want easy macro tracking and fresh, delicious meals I highly recommend this small business!

As restaurants started to open up again for dine-in, we decided to try this unique Japanese Restaurant for late lunch dine-in (3pm). They have limited selections on their menu but there's still good amount of choices to choose from. Service was great. Restaurant is clean and food is great. There were 5 of us in our group and each ordered different items. All of us were satisfied with our orders. We tried Korean BBQ tacos, Tonkutsu Ramen, Oishii Burger, Japanese Curry and Pork Katsudon. Will we go back again to eat? Yes.

We checked this place out on a whime. It's in a small shopping center and easy to miss but definitley worth doubling back for. The food is really good. We had chicken appetizers that were really good. My wife ordered the curry chicken and she really liked it. I ordered the chicken sandwich with thickcut bacon. The sandwich is huge, hung off the bunn at least 2-inches. Large entre portions. great service.
