Contribute Feedback What Joey I doesn't like about Starbucks:
Definitely hit or miss at this location. I?ve had a few friendly encounters, but the worker in drive thru this time was extremely rude when I politely corrected him after he mispronounced my name. When I arrived at the pick up window, he still pronounced my name incorrectly and had an attitude as if I was the one who made the mistake. Not only that, but he proceeded to talk about it with his co-worker. This location... View all feedback.
We always visit this restaurant after church on Sundays. The staff is wonderful. Ich Bin hands me my drink without me even having to call my name. The service is fantastic!
I am really disappointed with this Starbucks. A manager had previously shown me how to make my order, but this is the only location in the area that has issues when I try to place it. While I've always chosen to let it go because I dislike confrontation, I won't be returning to this spot anymore. They seem to struggle with following directions. If there were other options nearby, I might be more understanding, but clearly, they need additional training.
We used the drive-thru, and everything was excellent, making our trip home much more enjoyable. They were also kind enough to include the pup cup that we nearly forgot!
I noticed seven employees at the counter, but unfortunately, I was ignored even though I had my order ready. While they were friendly and attentive to other customers, I felt overlooked. With so many alternatives in the area, including other coffee shops, it's disheartening to be treated this way. You only get one chance to create a good impression, and I shouldn't feel like my money isn't appreciated.
This location is often inconsistent. I've had some good experiences, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The drive-thru attendant was quite rude when I politely corrected him after he mispronounced my name. When I reached the pick-up window, he still mispronounced my name and seemed to have an attitude, as if it were my fault. To make matters worse, he talked about it with his coworker right in front of me. This place really needs to improve its customer service. At least one of the other employees was courteous.
