Definitely hit or miss at this location. I?ve had a few friendly encounters, but the worker in drive thru this time was extremely rude when I politely corrected him after he mispronounced my name. When I arrived at the pick up window, he still pronounced my name incorrectly and had an attitude as if I was the one who made the mistake. I have found my new favorite Starbucks location. Located in landstown by Zoom Room, not to be confused with the other Starbucks near chipotle. The building is fairly new, but it is also huge! They have a meeting room with a large projector that can be rented out for business meetings or small gatherings. The inside has tables and a large set of booths in the center. The tables are nice , and there are so many that it fits a nice group of people comfortably even in todays conditions.The staff here is friendly , accommodating, and pretty fun. Starbucks are often clean but I saw two people giving this place a wipe down while it was already spotless. I ordered a vanilla sweet cream cold brew with sweet cream foam on top. Of course it was delicious. It?s always good to find a Starbucks that knows how to make your favorite drinks right, hopefully as I keep coming back they make it great consistently. Definitely pay this Starbucks a visit and take a trip inside to see how deceptively massive it is for a Starbucks!
I order ahead on the app in the morning sometimes before work and this particular guy there purposely says my name wrong even after I politely correct him. I pull up to the window and he has this attitude look on his face when I pull up. He still mispronounces my name (it?s not even something hard joan but pronounced Joann) as if he?s challenging me on how I should say my name. It?s very inappropriate that Starbucks would want their employees to treat someone this way. It has happened 3 times within the last two months.

My drink was gross so I asked them to replace it and the drive through woman said We 'll do it this time but next time, we won 't be able to I 've never even returned a drink to Starbucks so I thought it was an off putting thing to say to me. If the drink wasn 't gross, I 'd never have returned it. Definitely will not return. There are plenty of other Starbucks
Im very disappointed in this Starbucks. I was taught by a manager to make my order and this is the only Starbucks in the area that acts up when making my order. I always accept it because I don?t like to argue but I will not be going to this location any longer. They do not know how to follow directions. I would understand if this was not the only location. But they need more training.
