I want to take a moment to praise Josh. He did an excellent job early in the morning. He had a big smile on his face and was very friendly. He is exactly the type of person you would want greeting people at the front window! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
This was a bad experience. It took twenty minutes to go through the drive-thru with only three cars ahead of us, and we received the wrong order as soon as we paid at the front. I believe the girl may have been new because she didn't confirm the amount I paid before taking my card (I had hoped for a discount for waiting so long). We had to return to get the drink remade correctly and had to wait another twenty minute... View all feedback.
Order them from this place all the time, got the same drink usually time, got my order normally before. I repeat the order on the apps today, I laugh when I pick up 1/4 cup drink for 6 dollar coffee, the barista said it will be 0.78 for 4oz hafer milk, which is good, pay with apps, and finally 3/4 cup coffee.
The mannerism of the employees and boss starr Williamson such a lovely lady she's always smiling that's what makes people want to come back from mannerism
We enjoy having drinks and food items from Starbucks. Most days infact.

I ordered a grande green tea matcha, and when I picked it up felt very light. When I took off the lid saw there were about two inches of foam. When I asked the employee who had rung my order up about it, she told me that drink has a lot of foam, but I have gotten that particular drink at least a dozen times and not experienced this. The frustration is paying for a grande and receiving what amounts to a small this stuff isn’t cheap and also the lack of empathy from the employee. I suppose I’ve gotten used to a certain standard at Starbucks, and today fell short. It happens.
