Repeal Bourbons Burgers

I usually wait until I'm bored at home to write a bunch of reviews, but this place was so good that I had to write about it right after leaving. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the bartenders were friendly, and I loved the small, prohibition-themed menu. Our drinks (Planter's Punch and The Southside) were incredibly smooth and delicious. We started with the Pork Belly Burnt Ends, which were highly recommended, and followed it up with the Pugilist and Huntsman burgers. We also tried the Chef's choice brussel sprouts, truffle mac n cheese, and bacon dust fries. The Pugilist burger had just the right amount of blue cheese to enhance the flavor, and the garlic aioli was a perfect pairing. I even tried a bite of the Huntsman burger, and despite not being a fan of elk, I enjoyed it. While I can't personally vouch for the brussel sprouts, my partner insists they were delicious. The only small complaint I had was that the macaroni was a bit too soft for my liking, but the flavor made up for it. Lastly, the bacon dusted fries were a pleasant surprise - I wish I had known they were candied bacon dusted so I could have ordered more. Overall, I'm a huge fan and will definitely be returning on my next trip to VB. 12/10 recommend.

This restaurant offers an incredibly high-quality taste experience. With a selection of well over 100 whiskeys and artisan quality burgers at a reasonable price, including options for veggie and turkey subs in place of beef. I have visited twice and would make this a regular spot if I lived nearby.

Wow! This restaurant is an incredible bourbon bar. After trying the Barrel Seagrass bourbon, I had the most delicious burger I've had in ages. I will definitely be returning every time I go to Virginia Beach. This is the perfect spot for bourbon enthusiasts looking to sample well-known and rare bourbons. I highly recommend checking it out - five stars all the way! Don't miss out on this gem!

We discovered this restaurant based solely on its Google rating. Overall, we didn't have many negative things to say, but it is definitely highly rated for a reason. The establishment is a bar and restaurant with a diverse drinks menu but a limited selection of food. The burgers we ordered were delicious, leaving little room for complaints. However, the interior could use some improvements. The sofa in our booth was completely broken, making a large portion of the seating area unusable. The lighting inside the restaurant is also lacking, with a mix of different color temperatures that don't create a very inviting atmosphere.
