Even when busy, they still have good service and turn out good food.

Had a wonderful experience! The food was fantastic, the service was fantastic, the atmosphere was fantastic! Love the new owners! Will be back

I walked in this place one time. It was extremely busy so I will blame that for the poor service we received. We were not greeted or seated. We stood at the door for an uncomfortable amount of time before we just turned around and walked out. It was our first time so we weren't sure of how things worked. Either way I felt uncomfortable so we left. I never went back to see if that was a one off. We didn't eat anything so I can't speak on the food. But customer service is a thing. Take it or leave it. Let me know if you have a different/better experience?

Been going for years. WAS a great place. Now it SUCKS. Tonight only 8 people in here. I was told 15 mins. for a slice, 45 minutes later I asked about it and was told the bartender she had nothing to do with it. Settings at the bar I could see the cook and prep cook was eating pizza. I told her I had someplace to go, she said not her problem. I said forget about the slice that wasn't cook. Put $5.00 for my beer and tried to walk out. She YELLED across the bar to me at the door saying she was calling the cops because I didn't pay for a beer. Not only did I pay for it I tiped her verywell. Not a SORRY or THANKYOU. The HISTORY is gone and so is the FAMILY part of this historic landmark of Shadowlawn.

They have always been our go to, NEVER again, gave them several chances, last 3 times left without eating. Ordered, understand staffing issues but after being told it would take about 20 minutes to receive order, 45 min later nothing! Watching the cook in the kitchen playing on his phone, no pizzas in the oven, several other customers complaining, does no good. Seems the owner just doesn't give a clue all locals are incredibly disappointed
