Pho 78 Vietnamese - Virginia Beach

This place is great! The food is the best in town and I don't just say that! I have tried all of the pho places in the Hampton roads area. I will say that the comment on the staff is not the norm, my wife eat here all the time and the staff is always wonderful!

This is my first time at this restaurant. I ordered the Tai-nam Chess Pho soup, which was really delicious. However, I found the cinnamon flavor to be a bit too strong for my liking. The soup had a generous amount of meat and the atmosphere gave off a summer vibe.

Pho 78 is my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Virginia Beach. I have tried many others in the area, but Pho 78 stands out with the best Pho and a wide selection of dishes. Make sure to try one of their delicious boba teas when you visit. As a waitress myself, I have always received excellent service at Pho 78. The staff is quick, attentive, and always bring a smile to the table. I highly recommend this restaurant to others.

Don't miss out on trying some unique drinks from their special 'back page' menu such as the 'mocha pearls' or 'halo halo'. The staff is courteous and friendly, and the service is quick. As for the complaints about the staff, I would ignore them completely. The staff at this restaurant are from Vietnam and may not speak perfect English, but they are not trying to be bothersome. Personally, when I go out to eat, I am there for the food and not for constant attention. Surprisingly, if you ask for something, they are quick to bring it out without any issues. The owner is also very cool and reminds me of the character who owns the bar in 'Good Morning, Vietnam'.
