I have eaten at McDonald's many times over the years. Quick stop for a coffee and sausage McMuffin. Warmly greeted. Quick service. Very good coffee. Enjoyed my McMuffin. Clean store and bathrooms. Hard working staff. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
this mcdonalds has the slowest service I have ever experienced. I was on the drive thu and waited for over 10 minutes for someone to pick up my order. I'm finished. View all feedback.
The line at the restaurant was long, but we soon realized that there was a hearing impaired person in front of us. The person working at the drive-thru window kindly used sign language to help them place their order. It was very thoughtful and helpful. I believe that every establishment should have at least one person, if not more, who can communicate using sign language.
Without any doubt during the summer season, this mcdonald’s is located right before the exit from 64 and 264 in virginia beach and on birdneck street is one of the busiest we met at some point. this morning at 9:45 a.m. to get a quick breakfast before getting off on our daily hike. that was wrapped around the building and the inner was also busy. but guess what, the overworked and underpaid staff we do is a good job. also as busy as this place was, the inner seemed clean enough and the staff was friendly and tried as helpful as she could complain to various customers that they did not receive their order correctly. a thing that we need to remember mcdonald’s is not what it was earlier, at a time it was in the ground only to work for youth, while in school or maybe a part-time job for someone. but now it seems that they see more and more full timer from the labour market. I applaud the people who work in almost food, especially at a place that is as busy as mcdonald’s, of course, the prices should be slightly increased so that they can afford to pay their workers a better reward, especially in an environment, as hard as a mcdonald’s is
If I couldn't give it a star, I'd have that. worst experience I've ever had. we waited 1 hour for our food. first I had nothing to do with it, but then I realized that the drive continues to move so that they were more concerned to get these accusations out likely bc it affects their memory grief. they would have stopped to take orders until they were taken up, but not. the thing that made me angry was that the gm lied and said that they commanded to fill out when they came in. totally untrue bc I saw the cars in the drive through and they got their food within minutes.
Total kaos seemed it. raised for a fast mobile order of a few mcflurries. 20 minutes later I went inside to check them, another 8 before I was even recognized. only by 2 half melted cups of swirled colors from the melted m
I would give this place a negative star if I could! It was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I had just been there 5 minutes ago and ordered a quarter-pounder - or was it even a quarter-pounder? I had to wait 25 minutes for it, which is unacceptable. The staff were rude and unprofessional. They really need to train their employees better.
