Marco's Pizza - Virginia Beach

Marco's is the best! I can never get enough of their food, whether it's dine-in or take-out. The lobster ravioli is amazing! There is always a friendly face to greet you and the restaurant is clean and beautiful. They also offer outdoor dining. Marco's is truly a hidden gem in the area.

The service at this restaurant was extremely unprofessional and rude. When I called to place an order, they mentioned that I was on a complaint list for not picking up food, even though I have only ever ordered for delivery. The person who answered the phone was very impolite.

I ordered takeout for my husband to pick up on his way home, but the restaurant does not deliver to our address. He picked up the order and we discovered that an item was missing. When I called, I was informed that the missing item was there and we could pick it up. Not wanting to make the trip back, I requested a refund for the item. I was told they would have to check and would call me back, but instead, I was met with hostility. I never received a refund and the customer service was terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The employee they worked today 12/17/21 was the worst person in the customer service I've ever dealt with. as a prominent entrepreneur, I was pushed through by her bad attitude because she made a mistake. I will never reload their for buying food for customers, employees, etc. I will also get in touch with the company, because I am next to me, as a paying customer, I was so badly disregarded! here is the time when I need my order. she told me I was gonna put the pizza down at 1:15. they made a mistake and would have made the dinge with an apology or offer to deliver to my load instead of disturbing my employees and I. she has lied, her customer knowledge is terrible, and I am trying to also notify the bbb! I do not ask them to honour this!

Workers don’t care about cleanliness… watched a worker come in from delivering and start touching food without washing their hands. While the other stood around playing in their phone while playing with the dough… You shouldn’t be touching raw food while playing with your phone….
