This is the worst experience I have ever had. I was in an empty restaurant, waiting at the counter for over three minutes without being acknowledged by the staff. When they finally noticed me, they seemed uninterested and asked if I needed to place an order. One employee even openly discussed my impatience with their colleagues in front of me.
