Kanpai Sushi - Virginia Beach

Tempura is very nice. Beef teriyaki is tender. However, the waiting time when we reached a bit past 5 pm was about 45 min.

I stayed next door at the hotel looking for a place to eat, and I'm glad I came here. The service was friendly, helpful and fast. Order the Gyoza, Chicken Yakitori, Raptor Roll, Miso soup, the children Fry Rice and the cream Brulee. All were very good? Very recommended.

FABULOUS... definitely. Service was great, friendly and very friendly. The food is really great! Comfortable inviting atmosphere. My son I ordered a Bentobox 4 different reels (Vulcan roll was great). Plenty of food, so satisfied. Unfortunately, I didn't get pictures because everything was nice that we robbed!

A « Must » visit sushi restaurant when I visit Virginia beach. We always take the signature roles.

Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and respectful service of the restaurant. Ombience set with the soft smooth music you feel at home away from home. Very reminiscent of my experiences in sushi restaurants in Southern California. Authentic and delicious rolls with fresh ingredients, and, if you are so inclined to enjoy what the bar offers, they have a wide selection of alcohol; including beer, wine and sake.
