We felt quite guilty of coming in 18 minutes before they closed and especially because there is only one person holding the fort! The only person there was an absolutely WONDERFUL lady under the name Kayla, who was very friendly and we beautiful, delicious sandwiches!! What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
I ordered a couple of subs came up to about 30 bucks... I waited for 45 mins til I called the store for a ETA in which they responded sorry they don't have a delivery driver so they canceled my order... what?? So I guess they can do that without telling you... idk but I feel that was not good customer service View all feedback.
Food was good, but service was about 5 out of 10... I think the person was new. He didn't offer napkins, didn't tell me where I found my chips, nor did he offer to warm our sandwiches. We had to tell him what we wanted. He didn't greet us, nor did he thank you.

They were out of Turkey and the staff did not give me one of my sandwiches and I could not go back because they were closed. Totally unacceptable and incompetence.
This location never seems to have a driver to make deliveries yet the App still allows you to order?? Just to be called 10 minutes later and told “we don’t have a delivery driver today”. I would give them the benefit of the doubt, but this actually happened several times now. I’m wondering if it’s more that they simply focus more on closing early (4PM) then doing actual business. Seems odd that every time this has happened it’s been within an hour or so of closing time. BUT, you have no choice when they have such terrible hours now. Sorry JJ’s love your sandwiches but this location gives you a bad name!
I ordered around 150pm on 6/24 and waited 2 hours but I know they had been struggling with employees so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. so I called only to find out my food had been delivered to the wrong address. 4200 Atlantic Ave I'm at 4201. I can't leave to go get it nor do I want to bc I'm sure it is warm and gross now. I should have been contacted to at least been told where my food was being delivered if it wasn't able to be delivered to me personally.
