Food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. Limited parking, don't recommend parking at the restaurant if you have a large car as you probably won't have space. Orders were placed outside then you can choose to sit indoor/outdoor and the food in brought to you. The staff was all very kind!
We stopped for coffee and stayed for food. Did not disappoint. Both of our breakfasts were great and the coffee was what you would expect. The staff were kind and friendly. Would definitely go back.
Good coffee, nice eating, but not many vegan options. I had the vegan cheek panini that was delicious, but would have roasted vegetables / tempeh preferred to faux huhn. very friendly and great service
I love my time here when I went to lunch! I had her vegan chicken and avocado sandwich, and I was excited to see all the different vegan and vegetarian options. I also got a latte and was happy to find out that they offer almond and oat milk in their coffee drinks. It is a bit to reach a walk from the sea, but well worth the walk (and has a lot of parking if you prefer to drive).
Great place for a quick bite to eat! fantastic melting, baked goods, smoothies, latte and service!
Java Surf Cafe offers a charming, casual dining experience with an inviting atmosphere and friendly service. While the coffee is praised for its freshness and the food is generally well-received, vegan options remain limited, particularly at breakfast. Diners can enjoy a few appealing lunch items, like the Market Wrap, and unique treats such as roasted marshmallow ice cream. Some visitors have noted pricing inconsistencies and the menu's ordering process can be confusing. Despite minor drawbacks, the cafe's commitment to quality food and a welcoming vibe makes it a popular spot for both locals and travelers alike.

During a recent visit to town for a sports tournament, my daughter and I decided to explore different dining options. Unfortunately, we had mixed experiences with the restaurants in the area. Our breakfast at Java Surf turned out to be quite pricey, almost matching the cost of our dinner the night before. The ordering process was a bit confusing, and we found the menu pricing to be misleading. I ordered the Big Kahuna, which contained more ingredients than my daughter's build your own sandwich, yet hers ended up being more expensive. Despite the lengthy wait for our food, it was decent once it arrived. However, we were disappointed to have paid $16 for a croissant filled with just two eggs, cheddar cheese, and avocado.
My wife and I visited this restaurant for brunch and had an excellent time. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, the service was prompt, and the food was incredibly tasty. We also ordered lattes which we thoroughly enjoyed. This was our first visit, but we will definitely be returning in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious coffee with complimentary refills. The breakfast dishes were freshly prepared and tasted great. The service was fast and friendly.
I ordered a hot coconut latte and it was great! Cute place with good vibes and the service was great. i highly recommend this coffee shop.
This has easily become my go-to coffee shop down here at the beach. Everyone that works there is so nice, the vibe is amazing, and the food OMG! I've had the turkey croissant, kahuna, build your own, lox. My favorite coffee is the black and white mocha but they have many great options. Prices are great as well. The owner is hilarious and very personable. SUPPORT THIS PLACE.

Delicious food, wonderful coffee, and relaxing environment with cool music.... It all adds up to a great place to stop in and enjoy!
I love coming here. The food is great and makes me feel hella healthy . Such great friendly staff and the artwork ties everything together!
We always have the best experiences at Java ! The whole staff is AMAZING the food is just perfect ! We enjoy our weekends there wth our daughter, family and friends.
They are the best. The food and coffee are so good and they are super kind
Most excellent spot for beach combers and all alike! Grub on food that you can tell the staff actually cares about when making, and enjoy a beautifully crafted espresso drink. If you are looking for a place for brunch, and you see this and skip it... shame on you! You’re missing out.

Delicious food, bloody Mary?s and lattes! Really cool atmosphere. Owner was super accommodating and friendly!
Fast, friendly service. My kids and I went for breakfast and they loved the strawberry banana smoothie and banana chocolate chip muffin. The coffee was fresh and good! The wrap the sever recommended was delicious. The atmosphere was casual. A greatbreakfast spot!
I've heard great things about this place and wanted to check it out. The environment is cool and the service is awesome, coffee is good. My food (breakfast sandwich) came out cold and was mediocre which was disappointing, but they have a lot of good vegoptions and you can customize almost anything which is also great! I will definitely be back for their coffee and to hangout!
