In contrast, a customer shared a negative experience at the hotel connected to the restaurant. Despite the hotel's amenities for families, including pools and a movie room, issues such as outdated rooms and non-functioning hot tubs were highlighted. Bianca's exceptional service was praised, but improvements in hotel management and repairs were suggested.
Excellent experience! Food, ambience, and service were all fantastic. Az was a great waiter, and made an amazing table side Caesar salad. We brought friends who had never been there and they loved it! Weâll be back (often).
