Ihop - Virginia Beach

IHOP is a great family friendly place to go! Prices are reasonable. There are discounts for 55 and children eating free of charge from 4-7! We always ask Brian! He knows us and he always gives us excellent service! We look forward to his smile! My granddaughter and I have visited IHOP for 5 years. The only problem I have is the choice of what I want to eat! The pancakes are the best! I love strawberry cheesecake pancakes, chicken and waffles, Spinach Mushroom Omelette and lunch and dinner are also delicious! See why it is so hard to choose?!

Thought the place was abandoned by the appearance of the weeds that grow up at the windows and in the entire parking lot. Then we were greeted by a single cash sign. The employees said it was something. Once in our waitress was polite and friendly. The food was pretty good. As slow as few tables were. Several times it seemed that the staff were more concerned about socialization in their own section.

Birthday breakfast was AWESOME. I had a big steak omelet and double blueberry pancakes. Dustin our server was fantastic. Great service, great personality. The man he was training(?? was very nice as well, however I did not catch his name. The manager came out and checked on us too. Perfect Birthday dining experience! I suggest going there and sitting in his section. Wonderful service.

We have waited more than an hour, it was the worst IHOP I have ever been, it was dirty. Not crowded but too late service. Second star is for twenty percent discount because of all negative things .

The place is feeling the effects of COVID. They have no servers once they get your order it takes over 45 minutes to get your food and it?s wrong. Did not get toast with eggs. 5 minutes later burnt cold toast. Wife was still waiting on sauce with her omelet. Had to ask hostess. Ask for check waiting another 10 minutes. Do not expect fast good service from this location
