Hardee's - Virginia Beach

I pulled in on Sunday night 12/4/16 went inside and was greeted by the manager I asked if I could park behind the building, because I had been driving around for over an hour looking for a place to rest and said absolutely very polite man. This Hardee’s appears to be an older model restaurant. The service was friendly, but the order took a little longer than average to arrive. The inside was somewhat clean, but some areas had a lot of crumbs. The food was hot and appeared to be fresh.

Dined in, restroom and all quite clean. Nothing fancy, just what one expects from a fast food place. Chicken club is fantastic, will go back for it often. Fries are hot, crisp, fresh and perfectly salted. Friendly staff and quietly efficient. Conveniently located with easy access and parking.

The Hardee's on General Booth is very friendly. The manager was very helpful and I had a Doordash pickup and there was a glitch and he remade the customers food for me. The customer was very thankful. Thank you for an awesome visit.

The store was severely understaffed. We waited for our food for over 20 minutes. My 5 stars is not for the restaurant but for the employee who was working. I didn't get her name but she went above and beyond. Take note Hardee's, this employee is your best asset
