Fisher’s - Virginia Beach

The friendly staff was attentive to our needs. The food was great and we enjoyed sitting outside with a view of the beach.

The burgers at this place were probably frozen pre-cooked thin meat like patty's. Significantly over priced at $16.00.

We went here and sat outside and had a great view of the Beach. I ordered the Wipeout frozen cocktail and it was very good. I ordered the fish (mahi-mahi) and chips and it was very tasty with the tartar sauce. We ordered the crab dip appetizer which was good but tasted very light on crab. My wife ordered a pound of peel and eat shrimp and the shrimps were large and enjoyed by my wife as well as myself and my 5 year old son. My son ordered the beach burger and he pretty much ate the whole adult burger except the 2 bites my wife was able to get in. She said the burger was good for what she was able to sample. My 9 year old daughter ordered the kids pasta with marinara and a mandarin orange cup. She said the pasta was ok and on the boring side but she liked the fruit cup. She also ate some fries from the other plates. She does not like going to seafood restaurants so she is a tough customer. My wife ordered the house margarita and she said it was good. We will be back here for the food and the ocean view.

This restaurant is part of Hyatt House Virginia Beach waterfront hotel. We stopped there for a quick lunch as it was very hot and humid heat wave those days) when we walked on the Boardwalk. We chose to sit outside which can see the beach and boardwalk; but still have some cool air blowing around from their air conditioners. Occasionally some heat but it wasn't too bad. No She Crab soup available local favorite soup) so we ordered crab corn chowder tuna bites. Food are amazing, especially tuna bites grilled and well done as our request). There are so many restaurants, gift shops, ice cream shops along the Boardwalk; which you always can find something that you like.
