Dunkin' - Virginia Beach

Our second visit was a month later, and they had stopped accepting mobile orders. Once again, we walked to place our order inside, only to find a note on the door stating that the lobby was only open until 9:30 AM, and that the drive-thru was only available for cars or bikes. It seems ridiculous to drive a block when we could easily walk from the boardwalk. Needless to say, we won’t be coming back. They’re missing out on a lot of business by keeping their lobby closed, especially with so many people walking by at the oceanfront. We ended up taking our money to Duck Donuts instead, and they were fantastic! I wouldn't even give this place one star if I didn't have to in order to post this review.

I went to get donuts, but there was a sign saying they were out of stock! If donuts are your specialty and you can't sell them, maybe it's time to close up shop.

This restaurant is managed by individuals who seem to lack the necessary skills to take, process, and fulfill orders properly. I visited today and requested five egg and cheese sandwiches on croissants, only to find they were out of every type of bread except for English muffins, so I settled for that. When I got home, I discovered that four out of the five sandwiches had bacon on them. Additionally, my iced coffee was missing the Splenda I had requested. When I returned to address the issues, the staff insisted I was mistaken and that I had placed the order incorrectly, with no apologies offered. I will definitely be avoiding this place in the future, as there are plenty of other breakfast spots nearby that offer much better service.

Super friendly staff and very clean Dunkin Donuts. The coffee was hot and fresh and prepared as ordered. Our donuts were super fresh and soft. Store is easy to get in and out of.

The staff (deep sigh) seemed to be a bunch of high school kids that don?t know the first thing about making a iced macchiato or latte. Unfortunately during our vacation this was the only DD in the area. We?re avid coffee drinkers, every day that we willwent we had to send our drinks back to be redone?trust me I kept my eyes on them. Maybe if there was an adult manager on-sitethey could?ve guided them in making better drinks. Waste of money and time. Watery drinks that tasted more like chocolate milkthan any type of caffeinated coffee beverage. Drink spilled down the sides of the cup routinely and no ice for iced beverages.Sad
