Dancing Tomato - Virginia Beach

Homemade roast beef and pork sliced to order. I tried the Betty, which was quite unique but incredibly flavorful, especially on the raisin bread. My companions ordered the roast beef, which was cooked medium rare—tender and delicious. The bread was excellent. I just wish the roast beef sandwich had been a bit larger, but overall, it was a satisfying lunch.

The Dancing Tomato Sandwich offers a plethora of unique sandwich combinations, but I ultimately went with the 'Dancing Tomato.' It featured smoked turkey, fontina cheese, and spicy cherry tomatoes, all topped with a house-made tomato dressing and grilled on a ciabatta roll. It was simply delicious! This restaurant can be a bit tricky to locate since it's situated in an office building rather than a typical restaurant area. However, if you manage to find it, you won’t be disappointed! Use your GPS and head over there today!

Great Find!. I found this place using Urbanspoon and I'm glad I did! It is a bit off the path and when you drive up to the address you realize this place is in an office complex. Once you find it and step into the small cozy sandwich cafe the smells will reassure you that you're in the right place. Everything seems homemade and prepared from scratch. These sandwiches and wraps are seasoned and executed perfectly! I tried the buffalo chicken wrap and was not disappointed. The chicken had a great grilled char on it and it was moist. The buffalo sauce was spicy and tasty and the veggies crisp and fresh. The service was very friendly and inviting. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area.
