Bella Pizza - Virginia Beach

I would recommend this pizza place when you're in town! The owner is very nice very and very pleasurable!! And goes out of way to make sure you have everything you need and then some!!!! The pizza is amaztasticly fantabulous!!

The best pizza in VA Beach! New York style, thin crispy crust, great tasting sauce with the perfect amount of cheese. My wife and I drive 40 minutes for this pizza a couple times a month. Today it was pepperoni. Great pizza and the service is above and beyond. The kids that work there really want to be there. They come from all over Europe mainly Eastern Med for the summertime crowds at the beach. Very friendly and eager to help, they make the visit even better.

This place is located right across the street from the Best Western Plus sandcastle Resort on Atlantic. While visiting during the off-season there were lots of places closed and understaffed but this place was convenient and not crowded so we decided to stop in. There were only three people working but the young man at the register greeted as quickly as we walked in and quickly came over to take our drink orders. The menu is way overpriced, but we waiter explained it's because of the restaurants Beach location. There are several different menu options but I think they're specialty may be the pizza. There are no pork products in the restaurant but the chicken and beef pepperoni was still delicious. Because they were short staff, we did not get our drink refills as quickly as we would hope and it took a while for our food to come up, however once we did get our food, it was delicious. The bathrooms could have been cleaner and it would have been nice to get our first two choices and drinks, but they had already run out, which I didn't understand because this is the off-season and it's not like they had a crowd)...However, there are not too many cons about this place. Stop in and enjoy a meal.

Large restaurant with 3 employees, host/waiter/cashier seated at counter with sunglasses more concerned about spending time on phone than attending to customers. Had to get our own utensils, napkins, menus, to go boxes. Never came back to table after taking our order. Music so loud felt more like a nightclub than a restaurant. Food not great tasting either and served on paper products/foil containers. Will definitely not be back.

Our order wasn't complete. we told the young man we had ordered 2 extra fries, he only brought 1. The Chicken tenders tasted like dirty oil as well as the fries. The Spaghetti was bland with the chicken parm. When we first arrived they weren't busy so our 6 person order was treated horribly. I also mentioned NO soap in the womans room and was disregarded.
