They have a scam they are running with takeout… The waitress will put you as dine in so you have to pay an automatic 20% gratuity ontop of charging you .25 per takeout box. And tacos are now 7

We wanted some Mexican food, saw this place, and gave it a try. Now their salsa isn't runny. It's more like a pico with tomato, onion, and cilantro. It was still good! I ordered the mexicali roll. It was great! Waitress bartender was super sweet and very nice.

Best food near the beach! Been going since I was 6 now 19, still my favorite restaurant!

Food is really bad here. They automatically add gratuity fee for a TAKEOUT. If you want gratuity, provide better food and service don't force and scam people. I would never go back.

Can't really expect gourmet quality food at a dive bar, but c'mon now this is pretty bad for the price. The chicken in the nachos was mostly fat and the chips were def store bought. The chicken in the burrito also had a lot of fat and had a small bone. Seems like they used the lowest quality part of the chicken. The grilled shrimp in the tacos was more like they were steamed and was very bland with no flavor at all. There was some kind of a mayo sauce in the tacos that did not go well with the bland shrimp. When eating the shrimp tacos, I felt like I was eating unseasoned steamed shrimp with mayo in a tortilla. I really wish the food was better because it wasn't cheap either. Definitely not going back.
