Lobby was closed at 2:30 pm due to low staffing from some kind of walkout? I don’t know whose problem that is and I hope each individual is ok but I think a business should be open as advertised. I’ve never seen that happen before. Edit: My wagyu burger…”converted to near-liquid form” shortly thereafter, so I changed that rating to a 1 too. I think something must have been wrong with how it was cooked.

It took 11.5 Minutes from the time they took my Order in the Drive thru to Recieve my Order, Minus 1 Brisket Sandwich!! Whoever was Responsible for making sure they had enough Brisket, Failed Miserably!!

I arrived right when they opened up and the place was gross. The floor was all sticky, food and garbage was on the floor, and counters were dirty.

I've encountered the same issue for the second time today with a raw Wagyu burger. This time, I was informed that they are served medium rare. However, mine was undercooked twice. If that is indeed the case, I wish they would make it clear on the menu, as I’m not comfortable eating a raw burger, no matter how high-quality the meat is said to be!
